Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and must use Invoice Mint for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your email and devices, and activity performed through your account.

Your business content

You retain ownership of the business, client, invoice, estimate, photo, and other content you submit. You grant Invoice Mint a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and send the content.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid features may be offered through automatically renewing App Store subscriptions. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal period, and billing details are shown in the Apple purchase sheet before confirmation. Apple charges and manages the subscription under its terms.

You can manage or cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app or your Invoice Mint account does not itself cancel the subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple where required.

Invoices, estimates, and payments

Invoice Mint helps you prepare and deliver business documents; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or collection advice and is not a party to your transaction with a client. You are responsible for document accuracy, taxes, payment terms, recipient authorization, and complying with laws applicable to your business. Any payment feature is provided through a third-party processor under that provider’s terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Invoice Mint to violate law or third-party rights; send deceptive, unlawful, or abusive material; distribute malware or spam; probe or bypass security; access another customer’s data; interfere with the service; or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Availability and third-party services

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Invoice Mint. Features depend on services provided by Apple and other vendors, and interruptions can occur. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Mint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Invoice Mint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Invoice Mint in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension, termination, and governing law

You may stop using Invoice Mint or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Invoice Mint evolves. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
