Please include your device model, iOS version, Invoice Mint app version, and the invoice or estimate number involved. Do not send passwords, one-time passcodes, complete payment-card details, or sensitive client information.
Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed from your Apple ID subscription settings. You can also use “Manage subscription” or “Restore in-app purchase” in Invoice Mint.
Account and data requests
You can permanently delete your account from Account settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify and help with the request.
